Why Haven’t I Been Blogging?

The truth is I have cheated. And more than a few times to be honest. I have been gorging on things such as hot dog, french fries, and nachos with cheese. multiple times. And yes I did say gorging. Another sign of binge eating.


I WANT TO DO BETTER TOMMOROW!!

Thats all I can say.

To help keep my motivated I am going to blog everyday after school, instead of at night.

Day 4

Today I did well! Not as well as I would like, but not terrible!

Breakfast- Activia Yogurt and LOTS of fruit

Lunch- 1/2 cup of rice, indian cabbabge, lentil soup, and spinach

Snack- Granola bar, indian sweets

Dinner- Healthy pizza made at home

There is just to much temptation for me to eat today! It’s ridiculous! I am going to self diagnose myself with Binge Eating. I have most of the symptoms. When I read them, or hear of them and think to myself, who would act like this, but when I truly analyze, I find myself doing to exact same things.

I need to mentally train myself to think that food is not my life, and food will not solve my problems for me. So far, so good, but I have to make sure that I do not deprive myself, and actually make this a lifestyle.

I might exercise a little today, but with all the work I have piled up on me, I might not!

Day 3

Guys I did really bad today, I am quite sad to day. First off, I had a good breakfast, but then I had two lunches, and then for dinner……..

Since it was my friends birthday….

Dun Dun Dunn

I had two slices of high calorie pizza, LOTS of chips, ice cream cake, and LOTS of candy.

I know, I know.

But I am not going to beat myself up about it. I know it happens and tommrow I will just have to eat more fruits and veggies.

Goals and My Plan

Goals:

  1. Lose weight. The healthy way
  2. Become a faster Runner.
  3. Become a better swimmer. I am part of the swim team and this is crucial.
  4. Learn new healthy recpies.
  5. Look good.
  6. Feel great!

How I am going to accomplish this-

  • Eating around 1200-1500 calories per day
  • Burn 600 calories on somedays (swim team practice)
  • Burn 400 calories on other days
  • Eat lots of fruits and veggies
  • Space out my meals to 5 small meals a day
  • Inject more joy into my life
